SN74HC541: SN74HC541N oxidized leads purchased from TI STORE.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We bought SN74HC541N * 1000PCS from TI Store in April ( order #1816610)

We found that the IC with oxidized leads in every single tube as attached

Also, we bought 150pcs from one of your distributor (ARROW) and found the same problem.

Please advise if it is oxidized or the colour of coating for this item (SN74HC541N)
