I am using CD4034 in my circuit.But I donot have spice model. I need spice model. Where shall I get the model?

Hi Souarv,
The CD4034 does not have any models currently available (it was likely created before computers, after all).

It is best to prototype with older devices like this rather than try to simulate them.

After looking further into it, it looks like this device is no longer available from most sources.

Have you considered using a more modern shift register like the SN74HC595?
