I found the operating specification on the following website, so I asked you that.
Please tell me the maximum output load capacitance when working at VCC = 1.8V and 100MHz frequency if SN74AVC16827 cannot reach up to 200MHz frequency.
In addition, could you please suggest another solution that meets the above conditions ?

Kato-san,
consider using the AUC244 or the SN74AUC244 buffer which can support 1.8V at 200Mhz.
we can guarantee the drive strength but cannot tell the maximum load capacitance the device can tolerate while working at a frequency.
The max cap will also be limited by the rise time required by the application. higher the cap loading, the slower the rise time which will affect the max freq.
