I have two questions.

1.)

I'd like to use IBIS model of SN74LV161APWR.

Can you provide it ?

2.)

I simulated output with IBIS model of SN74LV00APWR instead of SN74LV161APWR.

Is it possible?

    Hi ttd,

    Since IBIS only models signal integrity, you did exactly the right thing.  The function doesn't matter as much as the technology family for this type of simulation.

    We don't have an IBIS model for SN74LV161A, however the SN74LV00A is available in the same package (which means the same package parasitics) and uses the same type of input/output drivers, so the signal integrity analysis will be identical.
