SN74LV07A: VOH at different load conditions

Hello Team,

In SN74LV07A datasheet page 5, there are VOL at different load test conditions. May I know if VOH specs are the same with VOL at different loads? For instance, in conditions of Iout 16mA, -40C to 125C, VOL max is 0.55V, and VOH min is VCC - 0.55V?

Hi Ting,

This device is open-drain there is no VOH spec since there is no PMOS at the output. The device by itself won't output a high, you will need a pull-up.
