Hello Logic support team,

I would like to know how to treat unused output pin of SN74HC148. Is it placed as open or Vcc or GND?

    Hi Alice57,
    An unused output should be left open.

    Think about what would happen if the output was trying to drive high and it was connected to GND, or if the output were trying to drive low and it was connected to Vcc. Short circuit.
