SN74AUP2G79: Can it device work in 4.2V Li battery power

Hi team,

my customer want to use SN74AUP2G79 for the lowest power. but he use Li battery power, the voltage range is 3.2V to 4.2V. Does SN74AUP2G79 can work in this conditions?

if not, do you have any solutions can solve this problem or have other low power product recommend?

Betty,

If you look at the recommended operating conditions in the datasheet, you will see that the supply max is 3.6 V. This won't be able to cover the battery range. Is the battery voltage not being regulated?
