I have a power supply of +6.6V hence i need a AND gate IC with Operating Supply Voltage greater than +6.6V may be +12V.

So, to allow for up to 12V Vcc, you can use one of the CD4K parts below. If you can let me know a bit more about your use case, I could help you in picking the right part.
