Hello,
I want to drive 8 LEDs at 3V/24mA with the SN74LVC240APWR. Can I do that?

Hi Holger,

Each output can handle the 24 mA, but if all 8 are driving 24 mA then the current through VCC will exceed the abs max of 100 mA so you wouldn't be able to do that.
