Does the SN74LS14  temp range can meet spec -40~85℃?

    Hello Alex,
    The termperature range is listed as 0 to 70C. You could get teh military rated device which operates from -40 to 125C.

    Can I ask why you're using such an old technology? Why not go with a CD74HC14, SN74HC14, or SN74AHC14?
