Hi I have converted my design from a 5426 die to a JM38510/32102BCA cfp Ic package. I have been trying to find out what die is in the package whether it is a standard TTL die or LS die. I'm guessing it is an LS die but have no way to confirm. This is from a military application.
Is there any way to verify this? I have no way to test? I know the part is old but cannot change. The parts were bought from old stock.
