SN74LV595A: MTBF/FIT

Part Number: SN74LV595A

Daer TI,

From the reliability data on the TI homepage MTBF (average breakdown time) is converted to a year value of about 106,164 years, I am inquiring about whether it is mathematically correct.

Fit

MTBF[h]

MTBF[Year]

SN74LV595APWR

1.1

9.3x108

106164.3836

I would like to know what the meaning of Usage temp is in the above TI homepage table.
(It is said that it is expected temperature, but it may be different depending on application.)

If the value used in the MTBF calculation is fit or if there is another calculation method, we would like to receive a reply.
