    Here are the thermals for the SN74CB3T3245DGVR and the SN74LVTH125PWR. I am submitting a request to get the thermals for

    SN74LVTH125RGYR and should have that for you in under two weeks.

    Thanks for the info. Under two weeks may be tough for my customer who has to start on the enclosure for their product ASAP. Wondering if you guys have a p2p identical part for the SN74LVTH125RGYR they could use instead that has more datasheet guidance? It may be faster for them to just switch than you guys hunting down/collecting the data.

  • Hi Brian,

    Typically the thermal requests get completed within a week however I still estimate that it may take up to two weeks.

    For now I can give you thermals for SN74LV4T125RGY. The thermals for the SN74LVTH125RGY will not be much different from what these values are since they are both in the same package. So this way you get a rough estimate of what the values will be.

    As for getting you a pin to pin compatible device, I need to know more about your application, voltages, frequency and any other crucial features you might need.

  • If there isn't a direct replacement without needing to give you more details then lets just forget about another part. This guidance does help, I think it will be enough to get them started, though we would like to see the results when they are available.

  • Hello Brian,

    For a direct replacement, the closest is SN74LV4T125 in the RGY package which is pin to pin compatible with similar operating voltage range. However this device does not contain the bus hold feature. This is the device I gave you the thermals for.
    As soon as the thermals for the SN74LVTH125 come in, I will post them here.
