SN74ALVCH373: Output Drive Current

Hi team,

I have a few questions from a customer:

In the datasheet, the recommended High-level output currents are:

VCC=1.65V <> -4mA

VCC=2.3V <> -12mA


Is it possible to send me what would be the maximum recommended output current for when VCC=1.8V?

Our customer would like to know if he can use this part to drive 7mA current sink.

Secondly, this seems to be an older sibling of SNx4LVC373A, which can only drive 8mA @ VCC=2.3V.

Would the SNx4LVC373A be able to drive 7mA @ VCC=1.8V?

Lastly, what are the main differences between SN74LVC573A and SN74LVC373A parts? They look very similar based on the overview page of the respective datasheets.

    Please refer to the following FAQ to calculate your output currents.

    One key difference between the SN74LVC573A and SN74LVC373A is that the 573A has a flow through architecture. This means that 1D is in line with and right across from 1Q. For some this provides ease in designing with the part.
