SN74HC573A: Change of tinning material?

Part Number: SN74HC573A

Our customer just received a new batch of SN74HC573ADWR parts. The data sheet on page 14 shows NiPDAu (Nickel-Palladium-Gold) as leads finish.  Usually the visual look of the leads looks like silver chrome.  The leads of the new parts look dark (different than previous shipments).

The customer is asking if TI has recently made a change to the tinning material.

I see the material content at the weblink here: http://www.ti.com/materialcontent/en/report?pcid=56126&opn=SN74HC573ADWR

Can the TI team help confirm:

1. Is the material on this weblink accurate (up to date)?

2. Have there been any recent changes to the tinning material used in the packaging for these devices?

Thanks!

Andy
