    Hi Jason,

    The IBIS or the spice models will be linked in the tools and sw tab of the product folder, if available.
    We do not have the IBIS model for the SN74GTL2003. Since SN74GTL2003 is not a true buffer but acts as a passive switch, the IBIS model wont be a true representation of the device functionality.
    Do you have the applications and the translation requirements for this?
