And FYI, there will not be a Theta Jc (bottom) parameter. This is not applicable for devices without thermal pads.
It will have all the other standard datasheet parameters generated.

Here are the metrics.
Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value): 113.9
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value): 35.5
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value): 58.8
Psi JT (standard datasheet value): 2.3
Psi JB (standard datasheet value): 58.0

These will be in queue to get updated at next revision of DS.
