Our customer use the SN74LVC2G14, have a question about the threshold voltage.

Do you have a characteristics of Threshold voltage vs. VCC?

I looked the characteristics of SN74LVC1G14 as Figure 9. on the DS.

Is the figure simply created from the electrical characteristics?

Hello Aoyama-san,
Yes, Figure 9. Interpolated Threshold Voltages vs. VCC is interpolated data from the given electrical characteristics.

We recommend using linear interpolation from the given values to get the appropriate min/max values for a desired supply voltage.
