Hi Anuraj,
I would recommend either using the "B" input or the "CLR\" input rather than tying both together.
Note the difference in function -- the CLR\ pin forces the external capacitor to charge while it is LOW, producing a sharp edge and a nearly instant reset of the RC timing circuit (also cutting the output short). The A\ or B signals will only have an effect on the timing circuit when the appropriate edge is detected. As you can see here, A\ goes HIGH and the charging waveform is not affected -- until A\ goes LOW, triggering an output pulse. The B input works the same -- if it is driven LOW, the output will not change, but when it goes HIGH an output pulse is triggered.
