Hi Jatin,
That's a part that predates computers by a few decades (the very first logic device), so it makes sense that there's no PSpice simulation model.

I would recommend upgrading to a more modern device, such as SN74HC00 or SN74LVC00. Either of those I can get you PSpice models for.
