CD74HC04: Hex inverter availability

Sir/Madam we required HEX inverter or Hex Buffer or Hex Schmitt Trigger or Hex Schmitt Inverter with input Voltage(Vin) as 3.3 and Output Voltage(Vout) as 12 or 24. If available please provide part number

    There are very few devices which can do 3.3V to 12V, like the CD40109B, but it still doesnt go to 24V.
    There is SN74LS07 open drain device which can go up to 30V. Would this fit your system?

    Now, we are already using SN7406D .But, as per technical details of that part, Recommended operating voltage is 4.5 to 5.5 and maximum input voltage is 7Volts. But, our design input supply Voltage is 3.3Volts. For the 1st batch of these IC's, our designed products are running well. But in the 2nd batch we are not achieving the required functionality. For that issue we find out the IC recommended Voltage rating is not 3.3V. So, that SN74LS07 is also having same recomended rating. So, that please provide solution for our issue.

    The VIH for the SN74LS07 is 2V, and hence 3.3V should not be an issue even with the 5V Vcc.
    In case, there is no 5V Vcc availability, then we may not have a one chip solution.
