TXB0106: Faster and small 1.2V level shift

Hi Team,

My customer is looking for 1.2V level shift, 6 channels, and in csp package. for phone application.

They are requiring 0.8ns switching speed even on 1.2V. I looked on the TXB0106 and sn74avca406e, both of them are not fast enough. Could we suggest for other option? Or do we have the roadmap devices? it is very high volume application.

What is the level 1.2V shifted to?
We may not have a good solution from logic product line but can look for a close one.

Hi Shreyas,

1.2V to 1.8V or 3.3V. They did not tell the details, but we think it should be SD/SIM card application.

Hi Peter,

We may not have a good solution from our product line.
You might have to contact the interface or the high speed clock/timing products to see if they have such high speed/ low prop delay devices.
I can only suggest using the SN74AXC1T45 (one channel) for 1.2 <> 3.3V translation. But the prop delay is >1ns.
