Hi,

We are using SN74LVC1G98DRYR in our design. we need Juction-to-Ambient/case  thermal impedence for "DRY" package. This is not given in the datasheet. can you please provide this information.

    I can submit a thermal modelling request to get these values for you, however the soonest I would expect results would be about 2 weeks (4/18).

    If you need something sooner, you can use the thermals from the SN74LVC1G57 for an initial estimate:

    I would expect that under normal operating conditions the thermal rise of this device would be extremely minimal, however if this estimate gives you reason for concern, we can submit the thermal request and get more precise values.
