    Please see this post for the models I have available for you:

    The SN74LS00 is another example of a very old device that isn't supported through our models. I provided a zip file in your other thread (linked above) that includes a NAND gate, as well as every other logic gate.

    I might also recommend this book:
    The Spice Book by Andrei Vladimirescu ISBN-13: 978-0471609261

    By learning Spice, you could modify the models I have provided to make basically anything you would ever want.

    Thanks for the input.  I was able to change the NAND inverter to AND inverter.
