Here are the results:

Note, that Theta Jc bottom is generally considered not applicable due to there not being a thermal pad or heat sink. The value provide is with a minimal air gap modeled between package body and the board.

Theta JA-High K 124.9
Theta JC, top 67.4
Theta JB 116.0
Psi JT 53.5
Psi JB 103.1
Theta JC, bottom 11.7 (for completeness; part not soldered to PCB)

Hi Wade,

My customer replied If you can kindly explain the test setup or show a diagram? Can you explain Psi JT, Psi JB? Is your temperature sensor inside the package?
