TINA/Spice/SN7400: Oscillator Simulation not working

Hello Team,

I tried to simulate below circuit in TINA-TI without any success.

Transient Analysis just shows a straight line at 3.4V.

What is wrong, please?

TINA-TI has successfuly found a stable state. (This will not happen in reality because even the tiniest amount of noise will make it oscillate.)

Set the initial voltage of the capacitors to some other value. (You also might need to enable this.)
