Hello,

I am designing the gate drive circuit of FET.　(Use FET : BSS316N  Ciss : 100pF)

I am considering using two NOT gates in the same SN74ACT04 in parallel for high-speed switching.

Is it possible to connect the outputs of two NOT gates in the same package?　 (Circuit Example 1)

Or is it better to place a resistor to prevent short circuit as in Example 2?
