I can’t find the FMEA document,do you have any?In addition, I would like to ask a question,SN74HCT14 recommended operating VCC Supply voltage 4.5V~5.5V, If I set the VCC supply voltage to 3.3V, what will be the problem and impact?

Hi Shaocong,
If you couldn't find the FMEA there, then I don't believe one exists for this device.
It won't be in the recommended operating conditions, it may or may not work. If you want to supply it with 3.3 V, I recommend using another device that isn't TTL compatible like the SN74LVC14A.

I did an experiment. If the power supply voltage was set to 3.3V, the input and output signals could be reversed, but I don't know what would happen if the power supply voltage was set to 3.3V for a long time. Have you done any low supply voltage work tests?
