what is the output high and output low voltage (Voh Vol) of DS26LV31QML line driver and give the test condition to measure the same

    Midhun,

    The datasheet specifies the differential Vod output voltage.  The VOL/VOH are not defined, as the device is intended to be used as a differential driver.  Vol/Voh are single ended parameters.

    The output Vod is defined with several test conditions in the DS using 100 ohms, and 3900 ohms across VCC range.
