TI does not obsolete products just because they are old. We have products that are over 50 years old.
ti.com shows that the part is "active". If there we plans to obsolete the product, it would be marked "NRND" for "not recommended for new designs"

Kirby's answer is correct.
However, this is extremely old technology with very limited and unsupported tools available for modification of design.
If design change is not necessary, then this is still a viable solution. Our Impact X devices are running on die bank. However, this device is using standard Impact flow, and it is still being manufactured and has active status.
