Hi,
My customer is using SN74LVC138ADR, SN74LVC2G157DCTR and SN74LVC1G14DBVR. They Vcc is 3.3V. Now will have 5V signals to the devices and they wonder if that will increase/de-rate the MTBF figures for the devices?
Thanks
Jorgen

Hi Jorgen,
It shouldn't as the inputs are over voltage tolerant and can accept 5 V without issue.
