I'm looking at the SN10KHT5541 as a component to use as part of my circuit. My circuit involves translating NIM-logic signals (essentially fast current-based logic, MECL). You can find the logic standards at the NIM wikipedia page:

This is based off of a reference circuit which utilized the MC10H125 ECL to TTL converter by OnSemi.

Now, going from a differential input to a single ended input, I was wondering what kind of considerations one must take? Are there some example circuits that may be able to provide some guidelines as to how to work with the SN10KHT5541? Also, regarding the OE pins on the SN10KHT5541, they look to be inverted, so do both pins have to be asserted to GND (logic low) in order to make sure that the IC is active? Both pins are the same functionally, but one is meant for ECL signals and the other is for TTL logic voltages, correct? Do both of them have to be asserted for the IC to be active, or should I just connect only one of them to GND (the TTL OE pin)?
