Please let me know which package you want the thermals for. I will submit a request, it typically takes 2 weeks to get the results back.

may I ask what datasheet did you look at to obtain those info above?

also the info u provided seems to contradict w/ the data in your other datasheet. link below

Hi,

I did not look at any datasheet. I looked through our database of thermal requests that have been submitted over the years. The thermals given in the datasheet are from the last datasheet update in 2005. I would trust the values I have given you as they are generated using a more accurate thermal model with advances in the model since then.
