Hi,

1. Figure 21 describes the output circuits, which signal connected to the low side BJT to control output low?

2. 6.5 table describes the max. current, is this for single channel or summarize of all 8 channels?

The actual internal circuit is not documented. For when the output drives low, see section 8.4.

The parameters that apply to I/O pins are for each single channel. I_CC is for the V_CC pin, which is shared by all channels.
