CD4070B Spice Model

Hello All,

Are there any spice or multisim models for the CD4070B at that cover the transistor level detail on the IC? I looked over the spice index and didn't see the CD4070B listed. I would use the datasheet's schematic drawing to build my own model but there is the question of part numbers on the n and p channel transistors. Thanks for any help you can provide.

We do not have models for CD4XXX devices or the data to build them.

Chris,

Thank you for the response. I assume that is because the CD4XXX series was not originally developed by TI. Guess my next step is to select some transistors and build my own model. Thanks anyway.
