SN74LVC2G06: DCKR

Part Number: SN74LVC2G06

Hello,

We receive some SN74LVC2G06DCKR with CTJ device marking on it (instead of CT5/CTR)

Do you know if there is an update on this component? Is CTJ a new marking?

Regards

  • Hi,

    1ST DIGIT    = DEVICE FAMILY
2ND DIGIT    = DEVICE FUNCTION CODE
    3RD DIGIT    = WAFER FAB/ASSEMBLY SITE CODE

The change in the last letter only resembles the fab the part was assembled in. The CT confirms you received the correct part family and function.
We often utilize multiple of our fabs to make sure our parts get delivered on time and so we cannot guarantee what fab the parts will come from.

    Thanks!

  • So for you the "J" correspond to another plant where you can produce this component?

Why it's not in the datasheet?
