We used IC under the following conditions.
Why does this IC drop voltage?
I thought I would do vCC level OUTPUT. Can you explain the mechanism?

Input : 1.8V

VCC :3.36V

output:約3.12V

The output transistors are MOSFETs and behave like resistors, i.e., V_OH depends on the output current. The V_OH specification shows that the worst-case resistance is about 90 Ω.

What is the output current?

We need ICC around 2mA or 4mA.
How many volts do you guess VOUT will be under these conditions?

The worst-case voltage drop would be 90 Ω × 2 mA = 0.18 V or 90 Ω × 4 mA = 0.36 V. (The typcial voltage drop is smaller.)
