My customer is evaluating SN74LS07. The spec. is OK but the temperature range is 0-70° which is not acceptable by customer. So do you have any alternative solution for SN74LS07 with industrial temperature range? The use case is to translate 0/5V input signal to 0/15V output signal. Thanks.
