Good day!

A customer of mine is asking if SN74LVC374AQPWERP and SN74LVC1G125-EP can tolerate 11 volts for maximum 120 us at the output pin while the output(s) are tri-stated.

    Hi Franz,

    Having 11V on the output will damage the device. There are many other components inside the device beside just the FET's which will be damaged by having the 11V on the output. 120us would also be considered a very "long time" for the 11V to be on the output and enough time for something to get damaged.
