Hello experts,

My customer is looking for buffer IC;

Requirement : single end signal, 1.25V -> 3.3V, 20Mbps, 2~4ch.

They plan to operate with Vcc=1.5V.

But SN74AUP2G07 can support by Vcc+0.5V. It is difficult to translate 1.25V -> 3.3V with Vcc=1.5V.

Could you tell me recommendation?

The SN74AUP2G07 would work. Its outputs are limited to V_CC + 0.5 V only when the they are active; in the high-impedance stance, you are allowed to pull them up to a higher voltage.

If you want to shift 1.25 V input signals to 3.3 V, then you should use a level shifter like the SN74AXC4T245. Is it necessary for the outputs to be open-drain?
