SN74AVC1T45: What's difference between these devices?

Part Number: SN74AVC1T45
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC1G07, SN74AUC1G125

Hi Team,

May I know what's difference between these devices? pull-low voltage level, separated 2 Vcc rails, and ...

SN74AVC1T45

SN74LVC1G07

SN74AUC1G125

  • '07 and '125 are unidirectional, '45 can be configured for either direction.

The 125's input and output are both referenced to Vcc. The T45 has separate Vccs for input and output. The 07's input is referenced to Vcc, its open-drain output does not output a high voltage, so you can pull it to any voltage (lower or higher than Vcc).

All three devices have overvoltage-tolerant inputs.

LVC/AVC/AUC run at up to 5/3.3/2.5 V, and are optimized for 3.3/2.5/1.8 V.

  • Thank you, Clemens for the crisp summary of 3 devices !
