Somehow - your local Sales Office appears better able to assist in such matters.

Most always - your/team's ability to demonstrate 'interesting' Sales Potential - speeds & enhances such a request...

  • Hello Andrew,

Typically a Letter of Volatility applies to devices with any type of memory.  For some devices this might be a register, others might be RAM, or FLASH.   Since each device on your list is from different Product Groups, and each will have to be analyzed individually, these would best be handled by providing a separate E2E post for each device.

In the title, start with the part number, followed by "Letter of Volatility Request".

I will edit this thread title to request the SN74LVC14A (just use the root part number, it will show up as you enter the part number in the *Part number box when you create the new thread).  You will have to do likewise for each of the other devices on your list.

Thank you for understanding the extra steps required.

    Regards,'

    ~Leonard

  • Hi Andrew,

The letter of volatility does not apply to the logic part SN74LVC14A. This is because this part does not contain any memory, neither volatile nor non-volatile. It is an inverting buffer.

    Thanks!

  • Hi Andrew,

I believe this is the same request that our team has been working on all week - posting additional requests to different media won't speed up things, and actually slows us down since I have to take time to respond here.

I talked with my quality engineer and she said the letter of volatility was already sent to your company regarding this issue.  If you still need assistance, please let me know.
