We can create the spice model, but wanted to know what is this being used for and the package being used?

You could consider using 2 SN74AXC8T245 in the RJW package which might be smaller than the 16T package. Note that the ZQL package is in last time buy status now.

Hi,

I’m using the 48-Pin TSSOP package.

I need to simulate the device in order to evaluate the current coming from the bias during bit transitions.
