Hi, Ti experts;

we are using SN74LVC16T245;

The data sheet describes the Ci of shared port pin values 4pF typically.

My customer wants to know how to test the Ci, and can i use the LCR to test?

if we can use LCR to test , how should the test conditions at measuring the Ci be set?

    Hi,

    These values are not production tested and are derived from the design, package, process of the device. It is given for the benefit of the system designers. 

    There is not much difference from the typical to across temp values on the capacitance.
