SN74AVC2T244: Maximum input voltage for /OE if VCCA is 1.8V

Part Number: SN74AVC2T244

Hi Team,

I would like to ask for your support for the customer inquiry below regarding /OE pin of SN74AVC2T244

Base on the datasheet, The SN74AVC2T244 is designed so that the OE input circuit is referenced to VCCA.
Our customer would like to ask about the maximum voltage that can be applied to /OE if VCCA is set to 1.8V.
Page 2 of the datasheet says that VI max = 3.6 volts. The customer would like to know whether the VI max on the /OE pin is still 3.6V even when VCCA is 1.8V?  Specifically, the customer wants to do is use 3.3V logic to drive /OE high (3.3V) so that the outputs are disabled until the system is ready.

Please let me know if you have any questions for the customer.

Thanks!

Jonathan
