Hi Team,

     Customer used to use SN74ABT541B but they only need 4ch, so they want to select a 4ch drive buffer, 

     1) Switching Characteristics tPLH/PHL should be similar or faster than SN74ABT541B.

     2) Only 1 OE to control 4 channels.

     3) Output voltage level should be similar with SN74ABT541B with the same load.

 What's the best choice here?

    You get identical characteristics by staying in the ABT family. There is no four-channel device with a single OE, but you can use the SN74ABT125 and route the same signal to all four OEs (this is no problem with high-impedance CMOS inputs).

    The only alternative with similar drive strength is the SN74LVT125, which does not run above 3.3 V.
