Could you give me comment on following customer request?

Q1. Could you share statistical distribution (e.g. Gaussian or Uniform distribution) about tpd as following condition? Those distribution directly influences on gate control circuit in motor drive and they want to estimate such distribution in gate control circuit.

VCC=5V±0.5V

1. tpd((From A(INPUT) to Y(OUTPUT), CL=15pF, TA=25°C)

    :3.4ns(TYP)~5.5ns(MAX)

2. tpd((From A(INPUT) to Y(OUTPUT), CL= 50pF, TA=25°C)

    :4.3ns(TYP)~7.5ns(MAX)

3. tpd((From A(INPUT) to Y(OUTPUT), CL=15pF, TA=–40°C to 85°C)

    :1ns(MIN)~6.5ns(MAX)

4. tpd((From A(INPUT) to Y(OUTPUT), CL=50pF, TA=–40°C to 85°C)

    :1ns(MIN)~8.5ns(MAX)

5. tpd((From A(INPUT) to Y(OUTPUT), CL=15pF, TA=–40°C to 125°C)

    :1ns(MIN)~7.5ns(MAX)

I assume TI can't disclose guard band information, so the question is what statistical distribution should the customer assume on the tpd distribution for their reference? Gaussian or other?
