my customer ask about the output stage circuit of this device.

Is it push pull or open drain(collector) internally pulled up?

The V_OH value at −75 mA and the t_PLH value would not be achievable with a passive pullup.

All CMOS logic devices have either push/pull outputs or open-drain outputs without pullups.
