SN74LVC2G74: Spice model error

Part Number: SN74LVC2G74

I want to simulate SN74LVC2G74 in TI and downloaded Spice model. When i am creating New Macro with this, i am getting error saying "Error Loading Library: File is Empty" .

Can you help me to resolve the issue?

If you're looking for a behavioral spice model, I've went ahead and attached the model and a test bench here:
