Hi,

I want to understand if this chip can handle a frequency of 40MHz LVCMOS clock on its input?

The datarate says 500MBPS so i am assuming the frequency it can handle is nearly 500MHz for 1.8V to 3.3V.

Is this correct? the datasheet talks about 10MHz frequency only.

40 MHz = 80 Mbps; the chip can easily handle this.

what is the application voltage levels in your case?

For 1.8 <> 3.3V, 40Mhz can be handled without issues.

Hi,

Thank you for reply. The voltage conversion is from 1.8V to 3.3V.

Also as just a buffer with both vcca and vccb,=1.8v

A 40 MHz square wave has a cycle length of 25 ns. In this cycle, there is a high and a low pulse, with a pulse width of 12.5 ns. Each pulse corresponds to a bit.
